Power plant fight becomes an election issue

Josie Erent says the location of a proposed 280-megawatt gas fired power plant is a concern because it?s so close to the Trillium Hospital ambulatory care site, a mall and a waterway.

Oakville's victory over a proposed gas-fired plant is pumping new steam into a similar battle on the Mississauga-Etobicoke border.
