Guantanamo trials to resume

Air Force Master Sgt. John Asselin stands before the military courthouse where Canadian detainee Omar Khadr is on trial. The Toronto-born captive is the first to be tried under the Obama administration.

Monday?s announcement does not affect Canadian Omar Khadr.
