Committee finds Harper government in contempt of parliament

A 12-page report says Stephen Harper's government is in contempt over its refusal to fully disclose the cost of its tough-on-crime agenda, corporate tax cuts and plans to purchase stealth fighter jets.

Commons passes historic report recommending the Conservative government be found in contempt of parliament.
