Tampa Bay Rays owner Stuart Sternberg: It's imperative stadium talks get moving

Tampa Bay Rays principal owner Stuart Sternberg said it is "imperative" talks on a new stadium get moving.

Sternberg said MLB isn't going to wait long before pressing the issue, that it could be months maybe year(s).

The first step, he said, is just getting the chance to explore options around the bay area.
