The Rays will start selling spring training tickets this week, with three different on-sale dates.
There is a pre-sale on Thursday for Rays insiders members, an online only sale Friday and general sale starting Saturday.
However, the Rays are selling spring tickets now, for a premium.
On raysbaseball.com, the team is hosting an early access pre-sale in which tickets are available for $10 more apiece.
This pre-sale is different than the Rays Insiders pre-same that starts on Thursday, and according to the web site is limited to 2,000 tickets per game, with a limit of four per purchase. Also, the best seats, the field boxes, are marked as sold out.
These tickets are available now through Friday for $18-37 (plus the ticketmaster fees).
For the Insider pre-sale, online sale and general sale, tickets are $8-27.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL---The Tampa Bay Rays have announced the process for purchasing single-game tickets for 2011 spring training.
The Rays begin their third spring training season at Charlotte Sports Park in Charlotte County, Florida, on Saturday, February 26 against the Pittsburgh Pirates at 1:05 p.m.
Single-game tickets will go on sale this week, based upon availability, according to the following:
Friday, January 14: Spring training tickets will go on sale online to the general public exclusively at raysbaseball.com at 10 a.m.
Saturday, January 15: Spring training tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. at:
· The Charlotte Sports Park box office
· All Ticketmaster outlets
· The Rays Tampa Store at 400 N. Tampa St.
· The Tropicana Field box office
· By phone at 888-FAN-RAYS
· Online at raysbaseball.com
Rays Insider subscribers will have the opportunity to participate in a special online pre-sale on Thursday, January 13. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, January 12 at noon. For more information, or more information on access to other pre-sales, visit raysbaseball.com. Current subscribers need not re-apply.
Single-game tickets for Friday's on-sale will range in price from $8 to $27. Rays spring training season tickets are available by calling 888-FAN-RAYS or visiting raysbaseball.com, and start at only $255.
