Jefferson High School senior quarterback Quentin Williams, who led the Dragons to their first state title in December, was named the winner of the 72nd annual Guy Toph Award, Hillsborough County's high school version of the Heisman Trophy given to the county's top senior football player.

Alonso DE Anthony Chickillo, who has become one of the nation's top recruits after winning MVP honors at the Under Armour All-America Game earlier this month, received the Jimbo Kynes award, Outstanding Lineman Award, given to the county's top offensive or defensive lineman.

Thursday's honor was the second major award of the season for Williams, who also was named Florida Mr. Football. In 2010, the Bethune-Cookman commitment established Florida single-season high school records for passing touchdowns (56) and passing yards (4,451), and career marks for TD passes (109) and passing yardage (10,384).

Chickillo, who remains a University of Miami commitment for now, averaged 12.3 tackles and totaled 18 sacks as a Ravens senior.
