BELGRADE - Serbian music groups S.A.R.S. and Marcelo & Filteri have decided to file a lawsuit against the organisers of a political party rally of 5 February in Belgrade due to ?unauthorised use of songs Budjav lebac and Kuca na promaji, as well as placing this numbers in a context of a political campaign and political programme?, although the two bands had adamantly refused to appear live at the party rally.
