Woman's body found in Holderness Drain, east Hull (VIDEO)

​A WOMAN'S body has been found in Holderness Drain, east Hull.

A passer-by discovered the body near Exeter Grove, in the Preston Road area, at 8.55am, and flagged down a passing police car.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said a body has been recovered from the drain, close to the Preston Road bridge.

Police are on the scene.
